Moroccan-Style Chicken Tagine with Cuccio: A delicious and aromatic dish!

Tagine, a traditional Moroccan dish, is a delicious and flavorful way to enjoy chicken.

4 chicken drumsticks
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 chicken stock cube
1 tbsp olive oil
green olives
75 ml water
1 tsp: Salt – Black pepper – Paprika – Turmeric – Cinnamon – Ground coriander

Preparation :

First chop the onion and garlic.
Then in the bowl of your kukio, brown the onion with oil in golden mode for 2 minutes and stir with a wooden spoon.
Then add chicken drumsticks, mix and fry on both sides for 5 minutes.
Switch off the browning mode, add spices, crumble stock cubes on top, add garlic then pour water on top, mix with a spoon.
Then start the quick cooking mode – under pressure for 25 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180° then at the end of cooking place your chicken drumsticks on a plate and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
Add the olives to the bowl of your cuccio and start cooking quickly for 5 minutes.
Finally place your chicken drumsticks in the tajine, drizzle them with your sauce, garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley, serve and enjoy your meal.
