1 kg strawberries
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
12 mint leaves
Preparation of Strawberry Mint Soup:
First of all, wash the mint leaves thoroughly and put them in the bowl of your blender and blend for 20 seconds.
Then wash and peel the strawberries, cut them into pieces and put them in a bowl.
Add lemon juice, brown sugar and mix everything for 1 minute.
Divide your soup into bowls and chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Finally, serve with mint leaves and noodles cooked al dente, everyone will have a good appetite.
