250g softened butter
250 g sugar
rind of 2 lemons

Preparation of Lemon and Blueberry Cake:
First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a cake tin.
Then in a large bowl beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until you get a light and creamy mixture.
Then add eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
Add lemon juice and peel, then continue to beat, then add flour and mix with a spatula to make a homogeneous paste.
Then add the blueberries, mix with a spatula, and then pour your batter into the mold.
Then bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
