300 g flour
125 grams ground almonds
125 grams roasted pistachios
180 g sugar
90g unsalted butter
1 tsp baking powder
3 teaspoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Preparing the perfect cookies for your breakfast:
First of all, mix flour, almond powder, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl, melt butter.
Then, in another bowl, beat the eggs, honey, vanilla extract, and melted butter with a whisk.
Make a paste by mixing all the ingredients, then add pistachios and keep mixing.
Form a ball, wrap it in film and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make small balls and keep them in a plate and flatten them slightly with your hands.
Then put the baking sheet in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
