Dessert made with only 3 ingredients: Creamy and delicious mousse

This classic French dessert made of rich, velvety chocolate and eggs is a versatile dish that can be enjoyed on its own or at the end of a meal. Whether you’re hosting guests or just want to treat yourself, dark chocolate mousse is the perfect dessert to impress your taste buds and your guests.
200 grams dark chocolate
50 g sugar
Preparation of Creamy and Delicious Mousse:
First break the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie or microwave.
While the chocolate is melting, separate the egg whites from the yolks.
Then put the egg whites in a large clean bowl and keep the yolks in another bowl.
Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and then beat them well with an electric mixer.
You’ll know the whites are cooked when they form firm peaks that stay in place.
When the chocolate is well melted, take it out of the double boiler or microwave and let it cool slightly.
Then add the egg yolk to the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the powdered sugar and mix again, then gradually add the whipped egg whites to the chocolate mixture.
Mix gently, the foam should be light and airy.
Pour the chocolate mousse into ramekins or individual glasses and then refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Finally garnish the mousse with chocolate shavings or red fruits for an added touch.
