Soft and Melting Apricot Cake: A Delicious Dessert of the Season

250 g flour
200 grams apricots
130 g softened butter
125 g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
Preparation of soft and tempting Apricot Cake:
First of all, preheat your oven to 180°C (th6), grease a cake tin with butter and flour.
Then wash the apricots, cut them in half and take out the kernels.
Sieve flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl using a mixer until the mixture turns white, then add eggs 1-1.
Continuing to beat, add the flour mixture and whisk until smooth.
Pour half into the mold, put your apricot pieces on top and cover them with the rest of the dough.
Then put your mold in the oven to cook for 45 minutes.
Finally let cool, remove from mould, sprinkle with icing sugar, cut and serve, enjoy your meal.
