Light Vegetable Soup with Cookies: It’s good to eat light!

Component:

1 cauliflower
2 small potatoes
2 carrots
1 onion
150 grams peas
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1/2 vegetable stock cube
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt
Chilly
Water

Preparation :

First cut the cauliflower into pieces, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into cubes, chop the onion and garlic cloves.
Then apply oil to the bowl of your cookie and brown it in golden mode for 2 minutes.
Then add vegetables, a pinch of salt and pepper, garlic, parsley, broth and fry for 3 minutes.
