Banana and Cabbage Smoothie: An anti-fatigue and energizing juice for 2 people.

I share with you an easy recipe to make Banana and Cabbage Smoothie.
- 40 ml milk
- 1 banana
- 50 grams cabbage
- 70 grams walnuts and almonds
First of all, wash and peel the banana leaf and cut the banana into small pieces.
Then put the walnuts and almonds in the bowl of your mixer, add the banana and 20ml of milk.
Blend for 20 seconds on medium speed then 20 seconds on high speed.
Add the cabbage and the remaining milk – ie 20 cl – then mix on high speed for 30 seconds.
Finally serve your smoothie and good appetite everyone.
