Very Moist Vanilla Muffins – An easy and foolproof recipe.

Component :

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
  • 1 cup natural yogurt, about 125 grams
  • 100 grams butter
  • 125 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 cl milk
  • 10 grams baking powder
  • Salt

Preparation :

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a muffin tin and melt the butter.
Then sift the flour and take it out in a utensil, add sugar, a pinch of salt and baking powder and mix it with the marinade, make a well in the middle.
Beat the eggs in a bowl then pour them over with the melted butter, milk and vanilla flavoring and mix everything with the Maryse.
Then use your mixer to mix everything on medium speed and add curd and beat for 1 minute to make a smooth paste.
Leave your dough to rest for 15 minutes and then divide it into molds and put it in the oven to bake for 20 minutes.

Finally let it cool for a moment, take out from the mold, sprinkle icing sugar and serve, serve everyone with joy.
