  • 250g pitted cherries
  • 3 eggs
  • 120 g sugar
  • 70 grams butter

  • Salt

Preparation :

First of all preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a square cake tin, cut the cherries in half and keep aside, melt the butter.
Then with the help of a beater, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture turns white.
Add the melted butter and continue to beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
Add yogurt, lemon juice and zest, and beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
