Vanilla Cake with Sugar Pearls: Charming Tenderness

Today I am going to share with you my recipe for a perfect Vanilla Cake with Sugar Pearls.
If you’re a dessert lover like me, you probably know that vanilla cake is a classic that never goes out of style.
However, with the added touch of sugar pearls, this dessert becomes a true scrumptious one.

Component :

200 grams flour
150 grams) sugar
60g melted butter
3 eggs
60 g liquid cream
50 g milk
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
Salt
40 g multicolored sugar pearls
3 tbsp icing sugar

Preparation of Vanilla Cake with Sugar Pearls:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a cake tin.
Then beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a bowl with a beater.
Once your preparation becomes frothy add milk, melted butter with 40 grams of milk and then continue to beat.
Then mix the flour with the baking powder, beat with a whisk to make a paste, add 25 grams of pearl sugar and mix with a spatula.
Pour your batter into the mold, pop in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
In a bowl, beat 10 grams of milk with icing sugar and then coat your cake with icing.
Finally sprinkle the remaining multicolored sugar pearls, cut and serve, everyone will love it.
