Raspberry Ice Cream Without Ice Cream Maker: The Easiest Recipe

500 g raspberries
150 grams icing sugar
40 cl of 30% fat liquid cream

Preparing Raspberry Ice Cream Without Ice Cream Maker:

First put your raspberries in a saucepan, put on medium heat, keep stirring with a spatula until you get a puree.
Then put it in a bowl, add icing sugar, liquid cream and mix everything with a spatula.
Then blend everything together with an immersion blender.
Put everything in a container that goes in the freezer and leave to set for 6 to 8 hours.
