Light and airy sponge cake: beautiful and delicate dessert

Component :

200 grams flour
200 g sugar
125 grams melted butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
4 eggs

Preparation of Light and Airy Sponge Cake:

First of all, preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6), line a springform pan with parchment paper – a circle on the bottom and a strip around it.
Then separate the egg yolk from the white part.
Beat the yolks with sugar until the mixture becomes white and foamy, then add the melted butter, flour and baking powder and continue to beat.
Beat the egg whites in a bowl, then pour them in, this time using a spatula.
Pour your batter into the mold and pop it in the oven for 45 minutes.
Finally, serve everyone with a raspberry coulis and a bountiful appetite.
