Lemon Curd – Lemon Cream: Creamy and Delicious

Lemon Curd is a tart concoction that is both delicious and versatile. Made with simple ingredients like eggs, sugar, and of course, lemon, this condiment has been enjoyed for years. Whether spread on toast or used as a filling in pie, lemon curd adds a bright, zesty flavor to any dish.

Component :

juice of 4 lemons
rind of 2 lemons
3 eggs
150 grams) sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch

Preparation of Lemon Curd-Lemon Cream:

First, put the lemon juice in a saucepan, add the zest with the sugar and cornstarch, and mix.
Then heat your mixture on low flame.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk.
Pour your beaten eggs into the pan and whisk with a whisk.
Switch to high flame and keep on whisking without stopping till your preparation becomes thick.
Remove the pan from the heat, then distribute in sterilized jars, close and let cool at room temperature, after placing in the refrigerator.
Finally, serve your lemon mousse with pancakes, toast or otherwise, and wish you a good appetite.
