Super Soft Banana Muffins: Arm yourself with 2 bananas

Many of us love muffins, but sometimes they turn out to be dry and dense, which makes them unsatisfying. With our recipe, we’ve turned simple banana muffins into moist, moist, and totally delicious delight.
These muffins are perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea or even dessert.

Component :

180 g flour
100 g sugar
12 cl milk
1 egg
60g melted butter
1 packet of baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 bananas

Preparation of Super Soft Banana Muffins:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180° and place the paper case in a muffin tin.
Then mix flour, sugar and vanilla sugar, baking powder in a bowl.
Add melted butter, mix with spatula, add beaten egg with milk and mix again, this time with a whisk.
Divide the dough into portions, peel and cut 2 bananas into pieces, then press them into the dough.
Place in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, then serve everyone with delight.
