This cottage cheese, egg, sugar based dessert satisfies your sweet tooth without harming your healthy lifestyle.

Component :

500 g paneer
100 g sugar
100 g flour
3 eggs

Preparation of Super Light Cheesecake:

Firstly preheat your oven to 180°C, butter a springform pan and place a circle of parchment paper on the bottom with a band around the edges.
Then separate the egg white from the yolk in two separate bowls.
Using a mixer, beat the cottage cheese with sugar, then add the egg yolks and continue to beat.
Add the flour and beat at medium speed to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
Whisk your egg whites, then pour in and mix gently with a spatula.
Pour your mixture into the mould, tap and then place in the oven to cook for 30 minutes.
At the end of cooking, open the oven door and leave your mold in the oven with the lid closed for at least 90 minutes.
Take out, let cool to room temperature, then cut into slices and serve with a fruit of your choice.
