Plum-Stuffed Brioche: The Delicious Tenderness of the Season

This pretty and scrumptious brioche is perfect for any occasion, be it a fancy dinner party or a casual brunch with friends.

Component :

For the Buns:

300 g flour
16 cl lukewarm milk
30 g olive oil
60 g sugar
1 teaspoon dehydrated baker’s yeast

For the Plum Stuffing:

1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp dark rum
10 plums

Preparation of the plum brioche:

Preparation of Buns:

First of all put flour in a bowl, add sugar, yeast, oil and milk to it.
Then prepare the dough by kneading it for 5-6 minutes.
Cover it with a clean towel and leave it like this for at least 45 minutes.

Preparation of Plum Stuffing:

First wash your plums, cut them in half, take out the seeds.
Then put these in a bowl, add sugar and rum, mix and keep aside.

Assembling the Buns:

First, preheat your oven to 200° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Then degas your dough and divide it into 10 equal parts.
Place two pieces of plum in each dough, roll into brioche by hand and place on a baking sheet.
Then put the baking sheet in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
Finally sprinkle icing sugar on them and serve, everyone will have a good appetite.
