600 g plums
400 g sugar
juice of 1 lemon

Preparation of plum jam:

Stir, then put on medium-low heat, bring to a boil and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Mix or mash the preparation with a fork and then fill in sterilized jars.
Finally, invert your jars and allow them to cool to room temperature before placing them in the fridge.
