Yogurt and Marbled Chocolate Cake: 2 Flavors to Make You Happy

Today’s recipe is a classic combination of two ingredients that are very popular in the baking world: yogurt and chocolate.

Component :

1 natural yogurt – put in measuring cup
3 jars of flour
2 jars of sugar
1 jar of oil
3 eggs
100g dark pastry chocolate
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder

Yogurt and Marbled Chocolate Cake Preparation:

First of all, preheat the oven to 180°C, grease a cake tin with butter, pour the curd in a bowl and place the pan.
Then in a large bowl, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, stirring with a spatula.
Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, then add yogurt and oil and continue to beat.
Mix flour and baking powder and beat to get a homogeneous paste.
Pour half of your dough into a bowl, then pour the melted chocolate over the top and mix with a spatula.
Pour your chocolate-based dough into the mold and cover it with your plain dough.
Then put it in the oven for 35 to 45 minutes.
Finally, let your cake cool for a moment, open it and sprinkle icing sugar on it, cut and serve, enjoy your meal.
