Mini Cherry Clafoutis: A delicious dessert for 6 people

Cherry clafoutis is a traditional French dessert that has become a favorite of many people around the world. This delicious dessert is a perfect combination of sweet and tangy flavors that just melts in your mouth. It is a simple yet beautiful dessert that can be served hot or cold and is perfect for any occasion.

Component :

300 g cherries
100 g flour
25 cl milk
4 eggs
125 g sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
50 grams butter
Salt

Prep the Mini Cherry Clafoutis:

Firstly wash the cherries, remove the stem, cut in half, pit and keep aside.
Preheat your oven to 180°, butter 6 ramekins, spread your cherries in them and set aside.
Heat milk in a saucepan – do not boil – and melt butter in another saucepan.
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, then add the flour and a pinch of salt on top and continue to beat.
Then add the melted butter followed by the hot milk, whisk and continue whisking until smooth.
Divide your mixture among the ramekins, top with the cherries and then place in the oven to cook for 25 minutes.
Finally leave to cool, sprinkle icing sugar, serve to all and enjoy.
