Zucchini and Gruyere Muffins: Soft Cakes That Make You Want To Eat

Component :

150 grams wheat flour
2 zucchini
200 grams grated Gruyère cheese
1/2 tsp baking powder
3 eggs
1 tsp oil
12 cl lukewarm milk
Salt
Chilly
Sesame seeds

Zucchini and Gruyere Muffins Preparation:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, grease a silicone muffin tin with butter.
Then wash and grate your zucchini, squeezing them tightly in a clean towel to remove the liquid.
Put flour, baking powder, eggs, oil and milk in a bowl and whisk.
After this, add zucchini, grated cheese, a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix everything.
Spread your dough into the mould, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in the oven to cook for 20 minutes.
Finally leave to cool for a moment, remove from mold and serve, wish everyone a good appetite.
