275 grams moonga dal
1 vegetable stock cube
1 liter water
2 tbsp olive oil
First of all, peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into small pieces, chop the onions.
Add oil to the pan, start the Cookio Browning mode, then brown your vegetables while stirring with a wooden spoon for 4 minutes.
Add dal, crumble stock cube on top, pour in water, stir then start cooking quickly – under pressure for 10 minutes.
Finally, add everything to the bowl of your blender and blend for a few seconds before serving.
