240 g flour
3 tbsp lemon juice
4 eggs
120 g sugar
16 cl milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 cl oil
2 tsp baking powder

10 cl of condensed milk
juice of 1/2 lemon

Preparation of Lemon Cake:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a cake tin.
Then beat the eggs in a bowl with a whisk, add sugar and blanch everything.
Add vanilla extract, oil and continue to beat.
Then pour lemon juice over the milk and whisk to make a homogeneous mixture.
Add 120 grams of flour, mix well to combine, then add the rest of the flour with the baking powder and beat again to make a paste.
Pour your dough into the mold and put it in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes, check with the tip of a knife to see if it is cooked, it should come out clean.

Preparing the Lemon Glaze:

Whisk the condensed milk with lemon juice in a bowl with the help of a fork.
