Semolina Cupcakes: Inexpensive dry biscuits that are super easy!

Semolina cakes are perfect to enjoy in any season. These cakes are light and fluffy and packed with flavor.

500 grams fine semolina
150 g flour
150 grams) sugar
16 cl oil
16 cl milk
1 egg
1 pot of vanilla yogurt
2 packets of baking powder
2 packets of vanilla sugar
3 tbsp grated coconut

Preparation :

First of all, put semolina in a big utensil and make a well in the middle.
Then add egg, sugar, vanilla sugar, oil and milk and mix everything with Maryse.
Then add vanilla yogurt and 2 tablespoons grated coconut, stirring constantly with a spoon.
Once your dough is homogeneous, add flour and baking powder and knead the dough again.
You can add the zest of 1 lemon or orange, or even sesame seeds, at this stage for those who prefer flavor.
Wrap your salad bowl then put it in the fridge for 15 minutes and preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put 2 tbsp semolina in a plate, make small balls from the dough and wrap them in semolina.
Place the meatballs on a plate, flatten them with your hands and keep them in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, keep checking them.
finally, serve your cupcakes sprinkled with 1 tbsp of grated coconut and enjoy your meal.
