Homemade Pear Pizza: Delicious and Unique.

Pear Pizza is a delicious alternative to the classic tomato and cheese pizza.
This pizza is made with a thin crust.
The sweetness of the pear matches perfectly with the savory topping and crispy crust of the cheese.
If you’re looking for something different to try, I highly recommend giving Homemade Pear Pizza a shot.

material

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 3 pears
  • 240 grams Gorgonzola
  • 75 grams grated Parmesan
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Oil
  • salt
  • pepper

preparation

First preheat your oven to 200 degrees, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread your pizza dough on a plate and grease it with a little oil, keep aside.
Peel 3 pears, cut in half and cut into thin strips, using a spoon to remove the core.
Arrange them on the dough and then sprinkle a couple of crunchy Gorgonzola cheeses and grated Parmesan over them.
Top with honey and rosemary followed by a drizzle of oil, sprinkle everything with a pinch of salt and pepper, and put in the oven to cook for 15 minutes.
Finally your pizza is topped with pear and cheese, sprinkle it with chopped walnuts, serve and everyone has a good appetite.
