Fried Turkey with Cucio Peppers
This quick and easy stir-fry is the perfect way to use up turkey cutlets.
It is full of flavor due to garlic, onion, black pepper and thyme making it a complete meal.

3 turkey cutlets
100 grams button mushroom
2 red chilies
1 clove of garlic
1.5 tsp olive oil
20 cl water
1 chicken stock cube
1 sprig of thyme
First cut the meat into cubes with a knife, chop, cut the seeds and red pepper into strips, chop both onions, mushrooms and garlic.
Then brown the meat cubes in the bowl of your cook with olive oil in the browning mode for 2 to 3 minutes and stir with a spatula.
Once the meat is browned on both sides, add onions and mushrooms, then in browning mode, stirring until onions are translucent.
Now add strips of red pepper along with garlic, add water, crumble over stock cube, add thyme, salt and pepper.
Then shake and launch rapid cooking – under the pressure of your Cookie – for a period of 12 minutes.
