Banana and Mascarpone Tart: fluffy and absolutely irresistible!!

material:

  • 125 grams flour
  • 120 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 grams cocoa powder
  • 240 grams mascarpone
  • 150 g liquid cream
  • 4 bananas

preparation :

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, spread parchment paper on a baking sheet, sieve all purpose flour and cocoa powder in a bowl, put the mascarpone and cream in the fridge.
Then in a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar with a beater until the mixture turns white.
Pour your flour mixture over the top and then mix it with the marysse to form a homogeneous paste.
Spread your dough on a plate and put it in the oven to cook for 20 to 25 minutes
At the end of cooking, remove the parchment paper, cut the dough into a rectangle, then break off the rest of the sponge cake and set it aside.
Remove the mascarpone and cream from the fridge and then beat the mascarpone in a bowl with a mixer on medium speed.
Then pour the cold liquid cream on top and whip on medium speed in the beginning and then on maximum speed to finish.
Add 1/3 of the crumbled sponge cake and mix with the marysse.
Peel 4 bananas and cut them in half lengthwise.
Place the banana on top of the sponge cake and then pour your mascarpone cream on top.
Sprinkle everything with 2/3 of the remaining crumbled sponge cake and then put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Finally cut into square pieces, serve and everyone has a good appetite.
