With only 1 banana and here’s your dessert on the table!!

material:

  • 24 cl of liquid cream 30%
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring

preparation :

First put the cream, whisk and steel bowl in the refrigerator – the cream should be between 3° to 4° for best results.
Pour the cream into the bowl, add the sugar and then the vanilla flavoring, and beat on medium speed.
While whisking you can add a few drops of flavor of your choice, I chose vanilla.
The purpose of whipping and pouring air bubbles into the cream, is when the whipped cream is ready when it sticks to the branches of the whip.
Peel the banana and cut it into thin slices.
Divide the cream into glasses, then top with your banana slices and here your dessert is ready to be served, enjoy your meal.
