Banana Avocado Smoothie: Refreshing and Rich in Vitamins!

material:

    • 2 lawyers
    • 2 bananas
    • 50 cl semi-skimmed milk
    • 2 tbsp honey
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

preparation :

First cut 2 avocados in half, remove their pits and cut the flesh into pieces, put them in the bowl of your blender.
Then peel the banana and cut it into slices and put it in a bowl.
Pour milk on top, add honey and vanilla extract and mix everything for a few seconds.
Fill your glasses with your smoothies then put them in the fridge until serving time, good for everyone.
