Soft Apricot and Yogurt Cake: Insanely delicious and vanishes in a jiffy

Component :

300 g flour
200 g sugar
120 g butter, at room temperature
2 bowls of plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 packet of baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Salt
10 to 12 apricots

Preparation of Soft Apricot and Curd Cake:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a cake tin, sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a large bowl.
Then in a bowl beat together the softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add eggs one by one, beating after each addition, then add 2 curds and beat to combine everything.
Add the flour mixture and mix with a spatula to make a paste.
Pour your batter into the mold, then lay your apricots on top – cut in half – pressing them down slightly.
Then place your mold in the oven to cook for 30 to 35 minutes, keeping an eye while baking.
Finally let it cool for a moment, open the mould, sprinkle icing sugar, cut and serve, enjoy your meal.
