1 kg watermelon pulp
120 grams castor sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp orange blossom water

First cut the flesh of the watermelon into cubes, remove the seeds and above all don’t throw away the watermelon rind – here’s a recipe for watermelon rinds.
Then put the watermelon chunks in the bowl of your blender, add the icing sugar, lemon juice, and orange blossom water.
