Decadent Three Layer Pie: Cookies, Cheese and Avocado

Component :

300 grams biscuits
150 grams butter
400 g cream cheese: Philadelphia
32 cl whipping cream
4 sheets of gelatin
3 lawyers
zest and juice of 2 organic limes
100 grams cane sugar

Preparing the Decadent Three-Layer Pie:

First, preheat your oven to 180 degrees, place a round of baking paper on the bottom of a springform pan, melt butter.
Put the biscuits in your robot’s bowl, mix them, and then put them in the salad bowl.
Then add melted butter and mix with a spatula.
Pour into mold then tamp down with the bottom of a glass or the back of a large spoon.
Then keep it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Put the gelatin sheets in a bowl filled with cold water.
In a bowl, beat the cottage cheese with the sugar and add half to the bowl of your food processor.
Once your biscuit base has cooled, spread the cheese mixture over the top of a salad bowl, spread with a spatula, and then pop into the freezer.
Peel the avocado, cut the flesh into chunks and put it in a food processor over the cheese then add the lemon juice and zest.
Mix for 3 minutes, squeeze the gelatin, dissolve them in 2 tablespoons of boiling water, then add, mix for a few seconds.
Whip up your whipped cream, pour your avocado preparation into a bowl then top with your whipped cream and mix with a spatula.
Take your mold out of the freezer then spread your preparation on top, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
Then pop your mold in the fridge for at least 6 hours – ideally overnight.
Finally, serve your cheesecakes with cashews or other toppings of your choice and wish everyone bon appetit.
