Component :

250 g mascarpone
3 eggs
80 g sugar
200 grams bhindi biscuits
250 ml strong coffee
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon rum or vanilla extract (optional)

Preparation of Mascarpone Tiramisu Verines:

First make strong coffee and let it cool down.
Then separate the egg yolk from the white.
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes white, then add the mascarpone to the egg yolk and sugar mixture.
Mix until a smooth texture is obtained. You can also add rum or vanilla extract at this point if you like.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, then gently fold the egg whites into the mascarpone preparation, stirring from the bottom up so they don’t break.
Quickly dip a spoonful of biscuits in cold coffee and place them in the bottom of a glass, pour mascarpone cream over the biscuits.
Repeat the operation, alternating layers of biscuits and mascarpone cream on top, then generously sprinkle the top of the tiramisu with cocoa powder.
Cover the glasses with cling film and put them in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight, for the tiramisu to set and develop its flavor.
When ready to serve, you can garnish with a sprinkle of more cocoa powder.
