Spinach and Feta Pide: Authentic and Traditional Turkish Dishes

Pied is a recognized Turkish flatbread and is considered the ancestor of pizza.
In this recipe, I present a scrambled egg-covered pie with spinach and feta cheese.
A real delight or the perfect spinach pie, hearty and filling, but also light and healthy. Perfect Balance!

material:

1 pizza dough
350 grams spinach
300 grams feta
4 eggs
Oil
salt
pepper

preparation :

First, preheat your oven to 180° and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Then wash the spinach leaves, drain them and fry in a pan with a drizzle of oil on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Roll out your dough then distribute the spinach with the feta cheese cut into cubes in the middle, then fold down the edges and twist up the tips.
Separate the 2 egg whites, set them aside then beat the 4 yolks with the other 2 whites with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pour your omelet over the spinach and feta mixture and then drizzle 2 egg whites over the ends of the piedé.
Then put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
