Component :

500 g flour
125g soft butter
250 g sugar
18 cl milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
4 grams salt
300g fresh or frozen blueberries or blueberries
3 tbsp lemon juice
60 g icing sugar

Preparation of soft blueberry or blueberry cake:

First of all preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a cake tin, wash and set aside blueberries or blueberries, mix flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
