Pumpkin Risotto: A Creamy and Delicious Dish!

300 g risotto rice
1/2 pumpkin
1 onion
12 cl of white wine
35 grams butter
40 cl of vegetable broth
Oil

preparation :

First cut the pumpkin pulp into cubes, chop the onion.

Then add rice and pumpkin cubes on top, cook for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally.

It takes about 20 to 22 minutes to cook and once the rice is cooked well, add butter and mix with a spatula.
