Fluffy and Airy Pancakes: A Real Delight for Breakfast

40 g flour
30 g sugar
4 egg whites + 2 egg yolks
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation of Fluffy and Airy Pancakes:

First of all, beat the egg yolk, vanilla, milk and flour in a bowl with a whisk.
Then add baking powder and sugar and keep on whisking.
Then in another bowl using beaters beat your egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Add your egg whites and mix with a spatula.
Heat a lightly buttered frying pan and place your circle molds on it, then pour your batter into it.
Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, then remove the mussels, turn them over with a spatula, and cook for about 10 minutes.
Finally, serve everyone with a raspberry coulis and a bountiful appetite.
