Component :

1 shortcrust pastry
400 g cherries
180 g flour
125 grams butter
130 g sugar

Preparation of Cherry Crumble:

First, preheat your oven to 160°, butter a pie pan.
Then wash the cherries, take out the pits and cut into 4 pieces.
Put them in a salad bowl, add 30 grams of sugar, then mix and leave to freeze.
Spread your dough into the mold, pierce the bottom with a fork.
In another bowl add the flour, butter in pieces and the rest of the sugar – 100 grams – then mix everything by hand to make a sandy dough.
Spread your cherries on the dough and then add your shortbread dough in a single layer on top to cover them.
Then put it in the oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Finally let it cool, cut into slices and serve.
