A dessert that everyone likes: delicate and delicious

250 g flour
50 cl milk
100 grams melted butter
10 grams baking powder
45 g sugar
For Whipped Cream:
50 cl Full Liquid Cream
50 g sugar
For the Chocolate Sauce:
100 g pastry chocolate
12 cl milk
25 grams butter
25 g sugar
1 tbsp fresh cream
Preparing a dessert that everyone will love:
Preparing the Waffles:
First of all mix all purpose flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl.
Beat the eggs in a bowl, then pour in and mix with a whisk.
Then slowly pour melted butter and a pinch of salt over the milk and keep on whisking.
Cover the salad bowl and refrigerate for 60 minutes, then heat your waffle iron and cook your waffles for 3 to 4 minutes.
Preparation of Whipped Cream:
First put the liquid cream and steel bowl in the fridge for at least 20 minutes – the same time the dough is resting.
Then pour the cream into the bowl and beat it with your mixer till it doubles in volume.
Then add the sugar while whisking and keep it in the fridge until ready to serve.
Preparation of Chocolate Sauce:
First, cut the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bain-marie, stirring with a spatula.
Then add butter and milk and keep stirring in the bain-marie.
Once your mixture is homogeneous, add the sugar and cream, stir for a few seconds then remove your bowl and set aside.
Assembling the Waffles:
Place your waffles on a plate, top with 2 tablespoons of whipped cream, and top with strawberries or other fruit of your choice.
Then sprinkle everything with your chocolate sauce and serve, everyone will love it.
