Spinach with Cucio Cream: a delicious and satisfying dish

500 grams spinach
1 onion
1 brick of semi-thick crme fraiche
30 grams butter
sunflower oil


First, boil water with 2 teaspoons of salt in a large pot.
After the water comes to a boil, soak the spinach in three ingredients, stirring with a spoon.
Cook for 10 minutes then sieve.
Meanwhile, brown the chopped onion with the oil and butter in the skillet of your Cookie in browning mode.
Add spinach with a pinch of salt and pepper and keep stirring in browning mode, then add cream, mix in browning mode.
Once boiling, switch off the browning mode and serve your dish hot.
