Raspberry jelly for a delicious and healthy dessert

Raspberry jelly is a delicious way to enjoy fresh raspberries.
This jelly is made with a few simple ingredients and is perfect for a dessert loved by people of all ages, especially with a touch of whipped cream.

material:

500 grams raspberries
25 cl water
200 grams sugar
2 sheets of gelatin
24 cl very cold liquid or whipping cream
35 grams icing sugar

preparation :

Firstly, put 400 grams raspberries in a saucepan, pour water over it and cook on medium heat for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, soak the gelatin leaves in a bowl of cold water and let stand.
After 12 minutes, crush the raspberries in a sieve so that only the liquid becomes, stir with a spoon.
Pour the juices into a saucepan, pour the sugar over the top, then place the saucepan over medium heat to cook, stirring, for 12 minutes.
Then, take off the heat, add the dried gelatin leaves and stir with a spatula.
Divide your jelly into glasses and top with raspberries – the remaining 100 grams – then refrigerate.
Beat your whipped cream with a food processor and icing sugar and then pour it into a piping bag.
Take your glasses out of the fridge, top with a layer of whipped cream and garnish with the rest of the raspberries.
Finally you have your raspberry jelly for a unique dessert, sprinkle with chopped almonds and finish the decoration with mint leaves.
