Perfect Chocolate Tart: Super Good and Delicious

  • 200 grams flour
  • 100 grams butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 200 grams dark chocolate
  • 20 cl of liquid fresh cream
  • 2 eggs
  • salt

preparation :

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, put butter and flour in a pie pan.
Mix all purpose flour, sugar and a pinch of salt in a vessel and mix the butter in pieces by hand.
Then add 1 egg, mix to knead the dough, make a ball out of your dough.
Flour a work surface, roll out your dough and then roll it into the pan, piercing the bottom with a fork.
Remove the excess dough on the edges with a knife, cover it with parchment paper and dry beans and put it in the oven to cook for 15 minutes.
In the meantime prepare the filling, heat the cream in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cut the chocolate into pieces in a bowl and pour hot cream over it, stir to melt and keep for 1 minute.
Then beat the egg and add it to the bowl, beat and pour your mixture on top of the dough.
Then put back in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
