Component :

5 apples (preferably Granny Smith or Golden apples)
2 eggs
150 g flour
80 g sugar
20 ml milk
30 grams melted butter
1/2 teaspoon liquid vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
ground cinnamon
1 pinch salt

Invisible Apple and Cinnamon Cake Preparation:

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F), butter and flour a medium sized cake pan.
Then peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut 2 into small cubes and 3 into thin strips.
You can use a mandoline or a sharp knife to get even slices.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until foamy, then add the milk, melted butter, and liquid vanilla, mixing well.
Then add flour, baking powder and salt to the bowl, mix gently until you get a smooth and uniform dough.
Then add ground cinnamon as per your taste and keep mixing.
Then gently fold the small apple cubes into the batter, coating them thoroughly so that they are all covered.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smooth the surface with a spatula, and place in the oven to bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let the cake cool slightly in the pan, then turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
Before serving, top with your reserved apple slices and sprinkle the cake with ground cinnamon or icing sugar, serve and enjoy your meal.
