Carrot and Walnut Truffles: Melting and Delicious

Component :

250 grams carrots
100 g sugar
150 grams chopped walnuts
25 grams coconut

Preparing truffles with carrots and walnuts:

First peel, wash and cut the carrots into cubes.
Then put them in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil over high heat after cooking for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Strain and let it cool completely, then put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork to make a puree.
Add sugar and chopped walnuts, mix well and leave for 45 minutes.
Then make balls and roll them in coconut, leave for 30 minutes a second time.
Finally serve everyone and have a good appetite.
