No-Bake Cheesecake: A Simple, Yet Beautiful Dessert

However, preparing traditional cheesecakes in the oven takes time, effort, and special equipment. That’s where no-bake cheesecake comes in. This delicious dessert is perfect for those who want the rich flavor of cheesecake without spending hours in the kitchen.

Component :

to base:

300 grams biscuits
30 grams brown sugar
90g melted butter
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
Salt

For Garnish:

240 grams cream cheese
400g heavy cream
120 g sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

Preparation of No-Bake Cheesecake:

Base Preparation:

First crush your cookies in a bag with the help of a rolling pin.
Put these in a salad bowl, then add brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, salt and mix everything.
Then add melted butter and mix with a spatula.
Divide your base into mini discs, then pack the bottom portion into a glass, keep it in the fridge.

Stuffing Preparation:

First of all, put cottage cheese in a bowl, add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and salt.
Then blend everything with a mixer on low to medium speed to make a creamy mixture.
Add cream, beat on low speed, then switch to high speed and beat for 4 minutes.
Take your discs out of the fridge, then stuff them and smooth the surface with the back of a spoon.
Then put it back in the fridge for at least 4 to 6 hours.
Finally serve in a plate, sprinkle with cocoa powder if you wish and enjoy your meal.
