Component :

  • 200 grams flour
  • 2 apples
  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 100 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 20 grams baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • breaking sugar

Preparation :

First of all, preheat your oven to 180°, grease a cake tin with butter, peel the apple and cut it into small pieces.
Then with the help of beaters beat the egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
Then add mascarpone and beat on medium speed for 1 minute.
Add baking powder to the flour, then add it to half the cup, mix the rest and beat it to make a paste.
Add apple cubes then mix with spatula and pour your preparation into the mold.
Then put in the oven for 40 minutes.
