Component :

  • 150 g flour
  • 1 banana
  • 16 cl milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Preparation :

Firstly peel the banana, cut it into slices and blend it with milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in the bowl of your mixer to make juice.
Pour the juice into a bowl, add the eggs and beat them well with a whisk.
