Moist and Indulgent Chocolate Muffins: Incredibly easy to prepare.

Muffins are a baking classic that never goes out of style. Perfect for breakfast, afternoon tea or dessert, moist and indulgent chocolate muffins are always a hit. Component :

200 grams flour
50g unsweetened cocoa powder
150 grams) sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
240 ml milk
120 ml vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
150 grams chocolate chips

Preparation of Soft and Delicious Chocolate Muffins:

Preheat your oven to 180 degree Celsius. Place the paper case in a muffin tin or lightly grease it.
In a large bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract until well blended.
Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and mix gently until everything is well combined. Do not over mix to avoid soggy muffins.
Add chocolate chips to the batter and mix lightly.
Divide batter among muffin tins, filling them 2/3 full.
Bake the muffins for about 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool slightly in the pans before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
