Light Paneer Pancakes: Light and fluffy texture

Light pancakes are not only delicious, but also nutritious and easy to make. Whether you’re looking for a quick breakfast or a satisfying brunch, these pancakes will be the perfect addition to your meal.
Due to the protein added by paneer, they will give you energy throughout the morning without any jitters.

Component :

300 g flour
200 g plain white cheese 3% fat
25 cl milk
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 packet of baking powder

Preparation of Light Paneer Pancakes:

First of all put your paneer in a bowl, pour milk on top and beat it with a whisk.
Then add the eggs – 1 by 1 – beating after each addition.
Then add flour, sugar and baking powder, beat until you get a homogeneous and smooth paste.
Heat some oil in a frying pan on high heat, then cook your pancakes on medium heat till they are golden brown on both the sides.
Finally, serve them sprinkled with icing sugar, fraise blanc and red fruits of your choice – strawberries or raspberries, wish everyone a good appetite.
