Homemade Caramel Flan – Grandma’s Easy Recipe
When it comes to caramel flan, this dessert is definitely an affair of love at first sight.
Smooth, creamy custard punctuated with a sticky, sweet caramel sauce, which makes for a heavenly combination
Be sure to satisfy any sweet tooth.
This recipe is my favorite when I want to impress, and it never fails to do the trick.

material:
120 + 60 grams sugar
50 cl milk
3 eggs
2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract
preparation :
Firstly put 120 sugar in a saucepan and add water and bring it to boil while stirring occasionally.
Divide this caramel into ramekins and leave to cool.
Then pour milk into the same saucepan, bring to a boil and beat eggs in a bowl with 60 grams of sugar and vanilla extract.
Add the boiling milk in batches while stirring continuously.
Put the ramekins in a pot, add the water until the ramekins are halved, and pour a ladle of your milk mixture into each ramekin.
Then put the dish in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 40 minutes.
Open them with a knife, turn them on a plate and keep them in the fridge to cool down.
Lastly, presenting your Homemade Caramel Flan, fruits of your choice and serve everyone with a good appetite.
